LA Galaxy forward Gyasi has been nominated for the MLS AT&T Goal of the Week for Week 16 for his brilliant finish against the Philadelphia Union Saturday.

With the Galaxy already up 2-0 over the Union, Zardes buried a ball that Robbie Keane had sent into the 18. Zardes passed the ball to Keane from the midfield and sprinted towards goal, where Keane found him at the back post. The Galaxy Homegrown Player then smashed home a one-touch shot into the net with his right foot.
Zardes’ goal is up for the award against Sanna Nyassi (San Jose Earthquakes), Matias Perez Garcia (San Jose Earthquakes), Dillon Serna (Colorado Rapids) and Donny Toia (Montreal Impact).
